Positives: There is nothing positive I can say about this builder. They are terrible and only use cheap labour. The poor workmanship at a house I bought from them is costing me thousands to fix. Show more Negatives: Poor workmanship. Terrible customer service. Terrible contracting and warranty. Please avoid this builder Comments: I bought a house from Passion Homes. I have since spent thousands of dollars to fix one issue after another. My washroom was poorly constructed leading to rotten subfloor and mould. My attic was poorly insulated, windows were poorly fixed, and my garage concrete floor needs replacement etc. All these issues in just about 5 years and I’m not sure what else is coming. Show less

Positives: The finishing in the house is not too bad. Show more Negatives: Make sure you have a signed copy of all details of agreement as the front man changes his stories just like under pants. Never consistent and if you value your health PLEASE don't deal with this guy . Comments: There is never a work schedule and they don't keep appointments. Bad customer service and very unreliable at keeping document of discussions. Service men are very difficult to communicate with and it is even worse if you have complaints about any deficiency. Don't even bother to make phone calls as there is no response. Overall I don't think these guys should be in the business of building in this city. Use a cheap quality hand railings to my basement and refused to change it after so many arguments and discussion that I have to give up. It was such a bad experience building with this company.
