Positives: Most of the girls have been excellent reps for the builder, showing geniuine concern. I understand though their hands are tied. Show more Negatives: I am purchasing at a presale level. I provided this company my downpayment last September, with a possession date of April 1. They will not confirm a new possession date, stating August Comments: I put my down payment on a presale condo with Merge Developments out of Calgary, last September. The anticipated possession date was for April 1. There have been many discrepancies creating a delay. They let go Lear Construction and brought in BMP.I received an email last week book an appointment to finally have my mechanical walk through yesterday. No hot water tank no plug in, no humidifier. All yesterdays walk though did was depress me even more. Brought the owner of an established HVAC company with me, no cold air intakes in either bedrooms. My lease was up where I am currently living and they needed a move out date, which now the builder refuses to provide but said approximately August. My HVAC friend who came with me yesterday said no way I am going to be in there by August. This is my first new home purchase and the experience with the developer has been horrendous. Show less
