Positives: Good locations Show more Negatives: Extremely cheap materials, bad customer service Comments: Pros: - Good location - Good kitchen cabinet material Cons: - The real thing DOES NOT EVEN COME CLOSE to matching concept photos - Promoted the building as a luxury condo, but it looks extremely cheap - Cheap window frame with plastic frame going across the middle of the window, blocking view - Cheap balcony material - Cheap windows - Cheap kitchen hood fan (it's a $130 fan, cheapest one you can find on Amazon) - Cheap closet rack - Sloppy construction. Chipped cabinet doors, scratched surfaces, dented fridge, dented dish washer - Cheap flooring - Cheap washers/dryers - Bathroom shower head was crooked - Caulking is completely missing in bathroom - Doors squeak - Customer care does not care about you. They do nothing for you and will help you with nothing Show less

Positives: Show more Negatives: Poorly built!!! Comments: This is by far the worse condo building and builder I have ever dealt with. Third flood in 3 years ( building is 8 yrs old) and we haven't even moved back in from the last one on Canada Day weekend!! There are so many deficiencies and outstanding legal actions its ridiculous. Windows, garage, plumbing, all a disaster, would never recommend their product to anyone. Show less
