Positives: Walkable to restaurants Show more Negatives: EYA's chose HOA management company Theoharis favors the builder Comments: EYA's concrete spalds and the build quality is such that wear and tear occurs quickly. Theoharis the managment company talks a good talk, but in the end they favor and try to side with EYA when it comes time to ask EYA to fix their homes and the neighborhood they built. The HOA Board itself is petty and only wants what they individually want. They do not care about homeowners at all, unless of course your friends with them. I would stay away from Mosaic Townhomes like the plague and I wish I never bought here. Show less
