Comments: The fireplace glass exploded the first time it was used. The upgraded spindles were covered in floor stain, a basement window was boarded up and drywalled over. The bathroom vanity light fixtures have no boxes, which is a very small cost to install for the builder but was an expensive fix, contractor to cut a hole in drywall, electrician to install boxes and wire, dry wall repair and installation of new light. Finishes were sloppy, damaged wood floor, cabinets damaged, broken handle, outside light not hooked up. I do not recommend this builder. they had to open up the drywall as they forgot to install a second light in the master bath and refused to add the boxes that I had purchased and made available, even though they were opening up the drywall and doing a repair. Extremely dissatisfied with customer service.
