Positives: I love the layout of my home Show more Negatives: Canaco does not provide any service once they have your $$. I have had a leaking basement & roof to which they have yet to deal with. Comments: They are new to the home building game and have nothing for service. I have contacted them since day one with issues that needed to be address... ie inside doors not closing, shower curtain rod not installed properly, north wall of basement leaking twice in the first year and roof/ceiling in master bath leaking... the list goes on and on... after numerous attempts via email & messages left as no one answers the phone... my inside doors were fixed... lucky the trades that did some of the work did come out after the year to fix their issues... but it seems like Canaco tries to do most of the work themselves to save themselves $$ which in turn leaves you with no warranty on work manship or method of recourse. I have built new before and it was an awesome experience and the service was impecable. Usually home builders bend over backwards making things right. This experience was horrible and one which I will never do again as they avoid all contact with you once the $$ is exchanged. Show less
