Positives: Furnishings and layouts are great. Building looks beautiful from outside and amenities should be superb when completed. Show more Negatives: Sound insulation very poor in walls and entryway doors. One of the two elevators nearly always broken down. Comments: I've lived in this building two months now and I am quite happy with it. Layouts are great, furnishings are very nice. Only qualm is the poor sound insulation in the units. Walls seem very thin, thin enough to overhear loud conversations in neighbouring units. Entryway doors offer nearly zero sound insulation. Hallway talk and traffic sound as if it is happening inside your unit. Show less
