Positives: Show more Negatives: Nothing but problems! Comments: Absolutely horrific experience! Do not buy anything from Brad Remington! It has been a nightmare since I moved in. They have refused to fix any deficiencies in my condo even though they were obviously made by the contractors and trades during construction. In fact, I had them play the blame game and actually call me a liar and infer that I had caused the damage even when there were other people who noticed the damage on my possession day. The quality of construction and sound proofing is terrible. I'm on the top floor and I can still hear everything from my neighbours. The finishes are cheap and window coverings inadequate. There have been ongoing security issues as Brad Remington didn't install effective security doors or parkade entrances. The design of the condos is horrible - can you imagine getting a bathroom without any towel racks? The worst is that the Brad Remington group refuses to acknowledge or deal with any of the issues. Their customer service is horrible!! Show less
