Positives: Great amenities, nice garden plots and courtyard. Grocery store downstairs Show more Negatives: Very noisy! Full wood structure made to look like concrete. Courtyard dog-run hours not enforced Comments: This is not a concrete building. The soundproofing is very bad and you can easily hear your neighbours through the walls or from the ceiling (and they can also hear you). The dog run is supposed to be open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, but that is not a rule that is followed so if your apartment faces the courtyard you may be awoken at any time by barking dogs - sometimes at midnight, sometimes at 6 AM - who knows. balconies are spray painted to look like concrete, but it is just for show. Give the balcony a knock and hear for yourself. The lower floor on the mason street side is concrete, so tenants on the first floor, on that specific side of the building likely don't have it as bad. The amenities are nice...but keep in mind they are in high demand so a fire pit may look nice, or maybe you want to have a barbeque...but you better hope you get there before someone else. Very shoddy, look elsewhere for $1750+ a month. Show less

Positives: Reputable builder. Thriving neighbourhood with all the amenities. Show more Negatives: More needed Comments: Great value. Good to buy into now as New West will become the next big place without the need to cross the bridge. All major stores within 3 blocks radius. Gorgeous homes in Queens Park. Very quiet. Show less
