Positives: Show more Negatives: Beware. Get references. This is the most unethical fraudulent company I have ever had dealings with. I was warned but did not listen my fault. Don't make the same mistake. Comments: Do your homework. Get real independent references from people in the communities they are involved in. Do not trust references they present to you. Dealing with this group will most likely cause you headaches and frustration. There are other reviews on the internet that suggest they should be jailed for their business practices. I fully agree. They have a lawyer that is married into the family so budget extra for your own legal fees because all of your concerns will most likely get passed on to the lawyer. Interview Sathiya James aka Sathiya Sinnathamby before you sign anything. A good interview will reveal everything and trust your instincts. I personally have never in all my years in the industry had to deal with anyone that is so unreasonable and just buzzare in their behaviour. I was warned by many in the development and real-estate community and I ignored reputable advise to keep far away from this group. It is too late for me I did not listen. Do your homework!!!!!
