Execution
J Street assembled the property in 2017, worked with the Dupont Circle Citizens Association and the local ANC on the conceptual plan and design, arranged land financing through Eagle Bank, and engaged GTM Architects and McCullough Construction, LLC to bring the project to fruition. Each Pacifica residence will average 1,500 square feet and feature top of the line amenities including a common area roof terrace, private outdoor spaces, private parking, an elevator, stone countertops, custom cabinetry, hardwood and porcelain tile floors, high-end kitchen appliances and finishes. The Pacifica is designed to qualify for LEED for Homes with Energy Star® certification.

Status/Exit Strategy
J Street recently closed on a construction loan with John Marshall Bank, and construction began at the end of September 2018 with a fall 2019 completion target. McWilliams Ballard has been retained as the sales team for The Pacifica.
