Positives: Good After Sales Service Negatives: Really, really cheap standard featuresA solid builder of homes with above-average quality. After-sales customer service has been excellent. A great team of people are putting their hard work into the building of its homes.
My biggest concern with Greenpark is that it doesn't appear to evolve with consumer needs over time. Same floor plans are recycled over many years with very little tweaking here and there. For the type of standard features included, their home prices are ridiculously high. 2 3/4" hardwood floors included in 50' detached homes priced at $1.7M is nearly an insult to the home buyer. I purchased a home with Greenpark for $750K in 2012 and it's sad to see that their offerings have not changed materially after 4 years, only doubling the price tag.

Positives: Great design Negatives: Worst Property management company with very Rude manager Nishi onsite at UV1Green park is a good builder, but they hired management company to run the building is a big scam. They give contracts under the table and increase the maintenance fee by 25% with in a year. Your property values go down if your monthly fee is high. Nothing covered. Owners have to pay hydro such as electricity and water. If they fired this first service management company then it is a good condo. Otherwise stay away guys.
