Positives: Nice layout, large yard Negatives: Unfinished garage, poor soundproofing, cheap materials Unfortunately this could have been a nice development if the developers didn't cut so many corners. Garage drywall has not been finished. Soundproofing between units, between floors is horrendous. You can here people outside talking as they are walking past. You can hear kids screaming and yelling at the nearby school with all windows and doors closed. When you drive up to the garage, you can hear people walking around in the unit on the second and third floor. Gutters all over the complex are not installed properly as I've called strata several times to fix the flooding that is happening beside my garage door and they can't do anything because the water is going behind the gutter. All materials used are very cheap quality. No real wood anywhere. With the exception of the quartz countertops in the kitchen. Appliances and the bottom of the line. You can hear water draining in the walls with all plumbing including the gutter drain on the outside of the building. I hope to move soon.

Positives: Nice layout. Negatives: They left without finishing the job... Finished being built in 2013, and the fences are not all painted, the brick paths are not put in, and the brick driveways were falling apart after a few months.(which usually last 20 years, so that shows you it was not done properly at all...) Also, 4 backyards have been flooding since 2012 because of poorly done drainage. Fairborne left us to deal with multiple problems ourselves once the units were all sold. And they expect us to foot the bill. (Over $20,000) We are definitely taking legal action. Very unethical people trying to save themselves just a little money, and hopefully my review will affect their reputation. Hopefully no more issues arrise, which now I fear.
