From Baywest Homes through the Alberta New Home Warranty Program (ANHWP)
ONE-YEAR COVERAGE for defects in materials and labour, including items such as trim, appliances, flooring and fixtures.
TWO-YEAR COVERAGE for defects in materials and labour related to delivery and distribution systems, including heating, electrical and plumbing systems.
FIVE-YEAR COVERAGE for defects in the building envelope, which is considered the system of components that separates the controlled interior air from the exterior.
TEN-YEAR COVERAGE against structural defects.
Our Warranty Service Commitment
When you build a new home with Baywest we include a comprehensive service program through ANHWP.
There are diligent follow-up procedures in place to ensure your satisfaction, and in addition to scheduled visits, we will promptly deal with any emergencies should they occur.
VIP Legal Partner Program
Baywest will cover legal fees plus any disbursements in the closing transaction of your home when using our preferred lawyer partner.
