By transferring heat from deep within the earth, our geothermal system provides year round heat to all units and common areas - at a fraction of the cost of natural gas. It also provides cool air-conditioned air for hot summer days.
Niche incorporates a panelled roofing system and spray foam insulation throughout to provide significantly higher R-values, while minimizing heat loss and providing a warrantied vapour barrier.
