THE SUITES
1. Ceiling heights are approximately 9’, exclusive of bulkheads and dropped ceilings (which are required, without limitation, for mechanical purposes such as heating and cooling ducts).
2. Exterior windows and doors, including sliders, are double glazed, with low-E glass and operational windows are casement and screened. Balconies and terraces feature waterproof membrane flooring.
3. Sprayed stippled ceiling with smooth border in rooms except the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room, which are smooth finish.
4. Solid core entry doors with security view- hole.
5. Approximately 2- ¾” casing on doors and approximately 4- 1/8” flat baseboard throughout.

18. Choice of finished kitchen cabinets from Vendor’s standard samples, with soft-close drawers.
19. Quartz countertop as per Vendor’s standard samples.
20. Undermount single bowl, stainless steel sink and single lever faucet.
21. Electrical outlet(s) located at counter level.
22. Integrated vented exhaust combination microwave hood fan over stove.
23. Approximately 28-inch stainless steel refrigerator, as per Vendor’s standard samples.
24. Approximately 30-inch stainless steel range with glass cooktop, as per Vendor’s standard samples.
25. Approximately 24-inch stainless steel dishwasher, as per Vendor’s standard samples.

BATH/PLUMBING
26. Choice of standard vanity cabinets with quartz countertops and undermount sink in bathrooms.
27. Bathroom fixtures in chrome coloured finish, from Vendor’s standard samples.
28. Acrylic tub or acrylic preformed shower bases with framed glass door, as per applicable plan.
29. White coloured finish plumbing fixtures.
30. Choice of ceramic wall tile from Vendor’s standard samples (approximately 4” x 16”) for main bathtub enclosure walls or shower walls, as per applicable plan.
31. Choice of ceramic floor tile from Vendor’s standard samples (approximately 13”x13”), for bathroom flooring.
32. Chrome coloured finish towel bar and toilet paper dispenser in all bathrooms.
33. Wall mounted mirror above vanity.
34. Exhaust fan vented to exterior.
35. Privacy locks on bathroom doors.
ALL ITEMS SHOWN ARE AS PER APPLICABLE MODEL. All materials and other selections for which the Purchaser is entitled to make a selection are to be chosen from Vendor’s samples and are as per Vendor’s specifications. All
materials are subject to change without notice. E. & O.E. All plans and specifications are approximate. Actual usable floor space varies from stated floor area. Refer to Schedule A in Agreement of Purchase and Sale for full list of
general provisions.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. All suites protected under the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act.
2. Interior design consultation at Design Studio on all finishes and colour packages included in purchase price.
3. All interior floor, wall finishes and materials are to be chosen with the assistance of the Vendors Interior Design Consultant. All materials and other selections for which the Purchaser is entitled to make a selection are to be chosen from Vendors samples, and are as per Vendor’s specifications. Purchaser shall only be entitled to make such selections provided that the items are not already ordered or installed.
4. The Vendor shall have the right to at any time without notice to the Purchaser substitute other products and materials for those listed in this Schedule ‘B’ or provided for in the plans and specifications, provided that the substituted products and materials are of a quality equal to or better than the products and materials so listed or being substituted.
5. Natural and engineered products (ie. wood, granite, stone,] marble, quartz, acrylic etc.) are subject to variations in shade, appearance, colour, grain from samples displayed and the Purchaser agrees to accept same notwithstanding any such variations including without limitation ceramic tile and broadloom.
6. The Purchaser acknowledges that there shall be no reduction in the purchase price or credit for any standard feature listed herein which is omitted at the Purchaser’s request.
7. References to model types or model numbers refer to current manufacturer’s models. If these types or models shall change, the Vendor shall provide an equivalent model or product.
8. All dimensions, if any, are approximate, and are subject to change without notice.
9. All specifications and materials are subject to change without notice.
10. Pursuant to this Agreement, including this Schedule or pursuant to a supplementary
agreement or purchaser order, the Purchaser may have requested the Vendor to construct an additional feature within the unit which is in the nature of an optional extra (such as, by way of example only, a media station). If, as a result of building, construction or site conditions within the Unit or the building, the Vendor is not able to construct or does not construct such extra, then the Vendor may, by written notice to the Purchaser, terminate the Vendor’s obligation to construct the extra. In such event, the Vendor shall refund to the Purchaser the monies, if any, paid by the Purchaser to the Vendor in respect of such extra, without interest and in all other respects this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
11. Floor and specific features will depend on the Vendor’s package as selected.
12. Actual useable floor space varies from stated floor area.
13. Doors, including the closet/ storage/washer and dryer, may vary in size from floor plan.
14. This Schedule ‘B’ is subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including Schedule ‘A’ and the ‘Disclosure Statement’.
