- Sliding patio doors (where they occur) will be thermalpane, thermally broken, tempered insulglass with screen (Low E coated glass and are filled with Argon).
- Long-life pre-finished maintenance-free aluminium soffit, fascia, eaves troughs, downpipes, shutters, and detailing as per plans.
- Low-infiltration vinyl thermalpane windows (Low E coated glass and are filled with Argon) throughout.
