LOCATION
East Quarter is located at the epicenter of the Dallas urban revival. Bordered by Deep Ellum to the east, the Dallas Farmers Market to the south and central business district to the west, East Quarter is at the hub of culture, commerce and convenience. With a walk score of 90 points, East Quarter is a short jaunt or scoot to the bars and restaurants in Deep Ellum, the food hall in Dallas Farmers Market, or the colossal towers of downtown. East Quarter wraps around the future Harwood Park. Funded by the city of Dallas in 2018, Harwood Park will soon break ground and function as the “southern Klyde Warren.”

East Quarter is just as easily accessible by car. With the improvements currently underway to Cesar Chavez, cars will be able to enter the heart of East Quarter by taking the “downtown” exit on southbound 75. While cars are piled up in the right lane of 75, exiting to uptown and downtown, transit toward East Quarter will follow directly off the left lane onto Cesar Chavez and into East Quarter without making any turns.
