Positives: Nice design and kitchen counters. Good location. Negatives: The amenities Rooftop Sky Deck and Community Clubroom are being rent out to NON-Residents at peerspace.com blocking access to the residents. Thin walls. Lots of dog poop around. Not assigned parking. Comments: I have been so disappointed in my experience here at Residencies on Jamboree. We were impressed with the amenities so we paid more for our monthly rent than other properties in the area. Once we moved in, we found out that they actively rent out the rooftop lounge and clubhouse/outside areas of the clubhouse to non-residents. So far, the weekends are booked for the next few weeks and I am sure it will continue to be booked the rest of the year. So in a few words, the beautiful amenities you see in photos are being used as events venues for anyone who wants to pay the company $225/hour and you, who pays for the amenities, will not be allowed to access them. So if you move here for the rooftop lounge or the clubhouse/area outside of the clubhouse, don't plan to use it on the weekend and instead allow someone who doesn't even live on the property to deny you access to your "community amenity".

Positives: Great location 1 block from the beach and convenient to the Pacific City shopping center. Negatives: Very narrow parking spaces, problems with AC, outer building and windows dirty, expensive Comments: Myself and other tenants have experienced numerous quality issues with the buildings, most are eventually taken care of. However, issues with condensation in the apartments in the AC vents and even in the refrigerators is not being addressed. Another area that has many tenants concerned are the sheer window coverings that provide no privacy at night.
