Negatives: Not reliable and not professional
Comments: The Townline developer is not reliable, not professional and poor after customer service. I just bought a new apartment with completion date one month ago. Below is my own experience.
1. Sales confirmed 3 parking stalls with 2 paid parking stalls but finally only 2 parking stalls assigned. Still no one can confirm me the third parking stall#
2. A lot of workmanship NCs found during walk through process. Only inside NCs fixed and outside NCs such as balcony and front entrance not fixed and left the owner to follow up.
3. Poor after service. Remote keys wrong programming not open the underground parking gate. Contacted townline co-ordinator who referred me to make appointment with technican, made an appointment and verified the issue. Then referred me to look for the building manger. Then make appointment again. It spent me several days and still waiting for the building manager reply.
4. No security guard all the time in the building. Only seen once at the beginning dates.

Positives: Great location, new building
Negatives: A lot of notices, are not super helpful resolving issues
Comments: It’s been overall pretty nice living here. However, it seems that every time there is a problem, it seems like such an inconvenience and nuisance for them. It takes many following ups and there is a very detailed tenant agreement but apparently squeaky chairs on poorly installed engineered hardwood floors is acceptable.
