Positives: Very modern concept with high end finishings. Smaller european feel to the unit but space saving aspects help a lot. Great location as well! Negatives: Delays due to construction

Positives: Negatives: Delays and terrible communication Comments: The Providence Group has been extremely difficult to deal with. All communication is funneled through one sales rep. To the sales person credit, she tied to access information but still came up short. I am not sure why the developer would hold back information from their own representative or the buyers. I assume similar issues for all projects by this developer. Victory and Venture in Bridgeland, and their next project Einstein 3.

Positives: Negatives: Terrible Communication, long delays Comments: This building had an original completion of March 2014. It is now June, the last update we got from the developer was in February stating that they were now delayed until September, October. This update also stated that we would be receiving monthly progress updates. We have not received another once since February. Based on this last update and seeing what has been happening at the site, the construction has been delayed even further, but they have not been communicating with the buyers. We realize that delays are common in new construction, however, the developer seems to wait until they only have positive news to pass on before communicating anything with the buyers. They then sandwich anything negative in between all the "positive" news to try to deflect from the fact they are so far behind. We have not been impressed with The Providence Group. If you plan to buy with them, expect delays and expect to do a lot of wondering on what is going on with your newly purchased condo.
