Positives: Excellent design, quality and service. Negatives: Perhaps the line ups to get the unit you want. Comments: A friend of ours lives in an earlier phase of the development and absolutely loves her home. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable during and after the purchasing process. When we decided to purchase a condo we didn’t look any further than Quadra Homes. We had seen several other developments when condo shopping for our friend a few years ago and saw nothing that matched the quality and value! We and many others lined up and slept outside for two weeks to ensure we could purchase the unit that we wanted. It will complete next year but we have decided to sell this fabulous unit and purchase a similar unit at Yorkson Park West by Quadra Homes because the location fits our needs a little better.

Positives: generally good construction if you can get by the occasional shoddy sub-contractor work Negatives: worst customer service ever ... getting deficiencies dealt with is impossible. Comments: You hear people say that all developers have lousy post-sales service and that may be true, but Quadra Homes / Reddale are clearly the worst. Don't expect any support after your 1yr is up.
