Positives: Negatives: Terrible customer service and unnecessarily difficult to deal with. Also found their suggested "solutions" to resolve agreement discrepancies to be underhanded/unethical.

Positives: Modern Designs, Budget Prices (or used to be) Negatives: Warranty Customer Service Terrible, Low Functionality Comments: Bought the development because it was new and priced very competitively (although Aragon's price point has gone up) which was the main reason we bought. I have found design functionality very low/budget - no installed alarm system, uses cheaper small lightbulbs in all their fixtures, no chandelier fixture so owners have to install themselves. The warranty issues were extensive and they are slow to respond, and do not paint anything at all. Back when we bought it was because we were paying a good price, but I would not buy as it is no longer a deal at their current pricing levels.

Positives: Great floor plan, great neighborhood so far and decent prices. Negatives: Lack of customer service and willingness to assist with issues, broken appliances in the first week and lack of ownership to poor workmanship. Comments: As a first time home buyer, I would not recommend Aragon Developments. I've lived in my triplex for exactly one week now and I've used my dishwasher twice. Couple nights ago, while unloading my dishwasher I noticed that the front door of the dishwasher is already cracked. These "top of the line GE Monogram" products as mentioned by another reviewer must be complete garbage then or clearly not installed properly by their workers. I attempted to contact Aragon Properties, no response. I spoke with one of their construction managers and he just shrugged me off noting that once my completion date has ended then it's my hands. I get what he's sayings but really Aragon?! Your appliances just last for a week? I contacted GE Monogram as well, haven't heard back from them either. Essentially, I am just **** out of luck - no dishwasher to use or attempt to use it and have the dishwasher flood my kitchen. Lastly, their property management company that they use don't give a damn about you either
