Once the home of Martha’s Table, our Collection14 project will be one of the largest and most dynamic multi-family projects on the 14th Street corridor. As we began to plan this important project, we appointed world renowned Perkins Eastman Architects together with the very best consultants and engineers. We tasked them with the extremely important job of creating a project that realizes our vision for the site and respectfully integrates an entirely new and complex building that integrates effortlessly with the existing historic properties on the block to create a 233-unit apartment building with 30,000 square feet of retail and office. The final design exceeded our expectations.
All the residential units within the property have been carefully designed from the inside out and always with the modern discerning residents needs and lifestyle in mind. The result is clean and serene interior design with storage and living spaces maximized throughout each unit.
At the ground level the building has been carefully scaled for the ultimate pedestrian experience, with a dynamic mix of highly flexible uninterrupted retail spaces that wraps around the entire site even activating the alleyway. All of this, of course, further enhances the already elevated experience of living at Collection14.
The property will contain many features namely a unique 4,500 square foot multipurpose events and arts space a-top the historic garage building. The space can be privately accessed from the alleyway behind the building and has many unique elements to it making it what will be a one-of-kind gathering space in the city.
The building is further amenitized with a large state-of-the-art gym and a huge multi-area roof top with thoughtfully designed private grilling areas and a large indoor multipurpose entertainment space. All of this provides our residents with flexible options for getting out of their units and mingling with their friends and neighbors in this new state-of-the-art property.
