This is due to the remaining units at developments within Grange Park (ex.
@Residences at RCMI on University,
@12 Degrees) being more expensive as they are completed and have very little inventory leftover.
For instance, if there were more developments that were in pre-construction/early sales that offered less expensive units (ex. on lower floors, more studios/one bedrooms), this would bring down the average price per square foot in this neighbourhood.
