I really, REALLY like this building! Saucier + Perrotte comes up with another winner, along with River City. And just what the Distillery needs, a hotel to support it's increasing status as a tourist destination. The area might seem a bit forced right now because it's still only been less than a decade since most of the structures were repurposed and occupied. I expect that as the district ages, it will likely develop a more authentic feeling as other parts of town become the trendy place to be.
