@RateHub.ca It will be interesting to see how this project sells. I am not convinced that Trump or Holborn really understand the Vancouver market.
The hoarding is now up and their marketing strategy is bizarre to say the least... Graphics include a man lighting a cigar with a candelabra, a chef dancing with a gorgeous guest, another beautiful woman throwing herself at a bear, and a fish hanging from a chandelier with two men trying to catch it at the other end.
I actually quite like their unique approach, but I am definitely not their target market.
