Who Bought Regent Park/Duke Of York School?

Does anyone know who bought the Regent Park/Duke Of York School or what it will be: high rise residential, low rise residential, commercial, mixed use, etc... As far as I know, it is not part of the Regent Park Revitalization by Daniels.

It's been on the market since at least May/2012, and is currently sold conditionally. It's about 3.5 acres, on the corner of Shuter and Parliament, diagonally across from Moss Park.
