You are quite correct, there are very few people that will explain the foreclosure or power of sale process to the home owner. There are many different documents such as : "Notice of Sale Under Mortgage", Statement of Claim", Writ of Possession", "Eviction Notice", Judgements, "Court Orders", "Executions". There is also the time frame that relates to each document.

We have also noticed that in GTA areas such as Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton and Newmarket and Oshawa where house prices have increased the banks are not as aggressive.
