How do I rent out my furnished downtown Toronto condo?

Do I go through a realtor to list it on MLS or is it best to go with a company specializing is finding tenants for furnished condos?

Any recommendations for a company that does this?

Rene, I was told from a few different sources a management company would be best because furnished condo stays can sometimes only last a month - and the short stays can be better managed with the a management company. Can you tell me the benefits of going on MLS as oppose to a management company?

AndyB sorry didn't realize you meant short term furnished rentals vs. Longer term. Yeah for short term listing on MLS doesn't make a lot of sense. The company the other BP recommended is good.
