GENERAL
• Smooth finished ceilings throughout
• Trim package including approximate 5 1/2” baseboards with approximate 4” casings and selection of cornice moldings in tray ceiling areas of main rooms from vendor’s designer selection
• 7’ solid interior doors complete with lever hardware and privacy sets on bedroom(s) and bathroom(s). Solid core swing door(s) for closet/ storage area doors as per plan.
• Interior walls are primed and painted with two coats of designer white, quality latex paint. Bathroom(s), and all woodwork and trim painted with durable white egg-shell paint. Paints have low levels of volatile organic compounds
(VOCs).
• Thermally broken double pane with increased air space for enhanced sound and thermal performance, sealed glazed units with designated operable windows. Aluminum window frames.
• Window sills finished in marble, where required.
• Approximately 9’ ceilings. Where ceiling bulkheads are installed, the ceiling height will be less than the nominal 9 feet. Where dropped ceilings are required, (in areas such as foyers, closets, kitchens, dining rooms, bathrooms,
laundry rooms and hallways), the ceiling height will also be less than the nominal 9 feet.
