Arts District Center (ADC), which has been nearly a decade in the making, is located in the heart of the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. The mixed-use development project will offer a 113-room Arts District Hotel with 129 Iive & work condominiums – a true ownership of new community.
Residency program for young artists and curators will be led by Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) to empower the youth in Downtown Los Angeles. 80,000 SF of commercial space offers a public art plaza, art event space for architecture, fashion, music and arts, creative collaborative workshop opens to everyone. ADC sits at the epicenter of a new cultural landmark including the most exciting art galleries and museum outposts, the world’s most unique restaurants and bars, imaginative rooftop spaces and more.
ADC is built with an eco-friendly vision. The project pursues LEED Certification, Net Zero Energy, and Net Zero Carbon. The project will be built by strong local union labors, local contractors, and artisans. It is expected to generate over 2000 direct and indirect employment opportunities. ADC is built by creatives for creatives.
