In keeping with Gottesman Szmelcman’s unique vision and innovative aesthetic, the upper floors don’t reiterate the design of those below—instead, as the architects have elucidated, the “cantilevered dormers link the interiors to the panoramic views, uniting the building and initiating a discourse between the classical base and expressive upper floors.”
