Built on the smallest lot in Tysons, the project consists of 291 luxury apartments centrally located on Watson Street near the intersection of International Drive.

The development is directly across from Tysons Corner shopping mall, less than a 5-minute walk to the Tysons Corner Metro Station on the Silver Line, and convenient to the many shopping, restaurant and service opportunities in the area. The building will also be the home to a 200-seat children’s theater built in partnership with Fairfax County to service the local community. Parking for the residents and the theater will be below grade, allowing the outdoor public plazas to open up directly to the street fronts with fully accessibility. The residents will have a full compliment of amenities at their disposal including a business center, conference room, fitness facility, club and game rooms, private outdoor party and grilling terrace, and private rooftop swimming pool. When completed the luxury apartments on Watson Street will become an iconic image in the skyline in Tysons Corner. Its striking architecture will feature a cylindrical glass tower anchored by high and low curvilinear residential towers arcing to the west and south.
