Located on Figueroa Street across from L.A. Live and Staples Center, the 1020 South Figueroa Street development represents the developer’s flagship property in the United States and will feature an unparalleled level of design and luxury. The development is at an early stage of the approvals process. The anticipated construction start date is 2017. Hazens entered the Los Angeles market in 2013 and currently owns the Sheraton Gateway LAX, and is in the process of developing a new Crowne Plaza Hotel in San Gabriel.
