KITCHEN
The kitchens at Philip House are designed to accommodate the flow of daily life. Many residences offer custom banquettes, wet bars and pocket doors that can be closed when entertaining. All feature custom oak and white lacquer cabinetry, honed Belgian bluestone countertops, Statuary marble backsplashes, and Kohler sinks with Dornbracht polished nickel faucets. The high quality appliances include Sub-Zero stainless steel refrigerators, Wolf ranges, and Miele dishwashers. Larger residences offer oversized Sub-Zero refrigerators, under-counter Sub-Zero wine refrigerators, and six-burner Wolf ranges.
BEDROOMS
Master suites feature coffered ceilings, crown moldings, custom millwork, and generous closets.
