MEWS
At the heart of The Printing House’s transformation is the private mews. This block-long, inventively landscaped garden expanse, newly created by Gunn Landscape Architecture, gives residents the luxury of a private place to unwind right outside their door.
A modern take on a West Village staple, the mews is a living, changing, year-round opportunity for residents to leave the rush of the city and relax in a shaded oasis within the urban landscape. The pathways are woven with in-ground planting beds, brimming with woodland varieties, and punctuated with growing walls and sculptural benches. Each plant has been carefully considered to give the mews an evolving sense of life and color throughout the seasons.
TOWNHOUSES
Two newly-built townhouses embody the industrial modernism of The Printing House, as well as the luxurious details of classic city townhouses.
