Meadowlands, Lincoln CA

Meadowlands is a residential community on 109 acres in the City of Lincoln, Calif. Neighboring the northern edge of Lincoln’s historic downtown, the project site is bound by Gladding Road and the Gladding McBean facility on the west, Ninth Street to the south, East Avenue on the east, and the City of Lincoln city limits to the north. The project includes 271 single-family home community with four separate neighborhoods, park and open space preserve that runs through the northwest portion of the property. Carlin C. Coppin Elementary School is located adjacent to the northeastern portion of the site along East Avenue at 12th Street, and is bound by the site on three sides.
