Positives: Daniels delivers great quality condos with very few deficiencies.
Negatives: Daniels buildings are not known for their cutting edge architecture
Comments: Even though I am an agent, I am also a purchaser of Daniels condos. I've bought 3 so far actually from Daniels and been more than pleased with all of them. On time delivery, very few deficiencies, and most important for me as a buyer: they register their buildings VERY quickly, not causing owners to sit in occupancy periods for extended periods of time.
