WARRANTY
In line with the Tarion warranty for homebuilders, we provide a full after sales service. The statutory warranties on work and materials take effect on the Date of Possession and last for a total of seven years. These warranties protect against unauthorized substitutions of construction or finishing materials, ensure the home meets Ontario Building Code, and covers repairs to any structural and material deficiencies and the damages caused.
