STAIRS & RAILINGS
- Hand stained Poplar stairs to bedroom area and basement with wood handrail as per plans
- If the stairs are stained, they will be stained on site and generally they will be close (as much as possible) to the colour of the hardwood on the landing, but in no way, will be identical to the color and grain of the hardwood.
PAINTING
- Pearl paint used throughout on trim
- Three colors selection included plus white trim color
- Paint colors selected from builders' samples
FLOORING
- Select grade Engineered hardwood flooring from builder samples in living floor area and upper level hallway
- Quality carpet flooring from builder samples in bedrooms

KITCHEN, BATHROOMS AND LAUNDRY
- Kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and countertops supplied and installed. All cabinets are laminated MDF cabinets. Countertop is quartz from builder samples.
