Trinity Pointe marketing summary

From Trinity Pointe:

THIS LANDMARK BUILDING, beside the Mill Creek Ravine and Whyte Avenue, has finally been brought back to life, as a conversion into high-end condominiums?-?Trinity Pointe.
The iconic brick structure at the east end of the Mill Creek bridge, prior to its transformation, sat unused after the Sisters of Holy Cross Convent moved nearby to a smaller 14 bedroom building several years ago. The building was erected between 1962 and 1964 to house seniors and young sisters studying at the University of Alberta. The imposing building once included a chapel, a basketball court in the basement, a dining room, three solariums, a library, an infirmary, a games room and beauty salon. Today, all of this has been replaced with ultra exclusive residences.
Few changes have been made to the brick exterior of the building; however, the interior has been completely remodelled. Where at one time 60 women were housed, there are now 37 luxury condominium units and where there once were familiar triangular windows, there are now walls of glass taking advantage of the natural ravine views. The alley on the north side of the property was purchased from the city at the time of the remodel and secure, heated underground parking was constructed.
Trinity Pointe was not just an institution in its day but very much a source of pride for the Sisters of the Holy Cross. The Sisters felt that the building had a “spirit…a whole atmosphere” and that ambiance continues with the transformation of Trinity Pointe to the upscale icon it is today. Nothing like this has been brought to market in Edmonton before, and nothing like it will be available for a very long time!
“Curiosity seekers, should take quick advantage to see these unique residences!” says Robert F. McLeod, the founder of McLeod Project Marketing. “Buyers have a unique chance to purchase a very limited selection of only the last units, at prices far from what they would be to replace…simply timeless, simply priceless,” says McLeod,?”…to seek solace while also showing off your exclusive residence to family and friends.”
