CONSTRUCTION
• All structural foundation walls, exterior walls and party walls are ICF construction (Insulated Concrete forms). This system is made up of insulation on both the inside and outside (providing an overall insulating rating of R22) with a steel reinforced concrete core. This system forms a highly insulated wall structure complete with tremendous sound attenuating properties, premium fire resistance and strength that only comes with a concrete structure
• Exterior walls are clad with clay brick accented with stucco details to provide a durable traditional look

• Energy efficient 2 stage forced air gas furnace and central air conditioning
• Fully programmable and remotely activated thermostat to allow you to control your heating and cooling system from your phone

• Central vac system roughed in on all floors (unit to be located in garage)
• Master ensuite to have radiant electric in floor heat c/w GFI thermostat
WINDOWS AND DOORS

• Front door is custom made 8’ “PANTONE” solid core door with stained mahogany interior and premium locking system
