THE HEIGHT OF QUALITY & COMFORT
• Entertainment and private areas are neatly differentiated in all residences.
• Sutton Tower’s varied offering embodies a central ethos — beautiful spaces, balanced for well-being.
• Sutton Tower offers a vantage point that captures the dynamic exposure of a river setting, from sunrise to sunset.
With no more than three homes per floor, a semi-private or private landing affords a discreet front door experience. Each residence is designed with expansive windows to take advantage of corner exposures and mesmerizing views. Superior quality and craftsmanship abound at every touchpoint, and with individual climate controls, year–round comfort is assured.
Bespoke finishes include wide-plank rift and quarter sawn solid oak floors in a custom stain; Italian-crafted kitchens with matte lacquer cabinetry, honed slabs of Statuarietto marble, and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances; and primary bathrooms resplendent with book-matched marble slab accent walls and radiant heated floors.
Most New Yorkers have to commute for an office with midtown views, at Sutton Tower it’s just down the hall.
FROM A CHEF'S PERSPECTIVE
Architect Thomas Juul-Hansen cooks at home and he approaches kitchen design from the perspective of world-class chefs like Jean-Georges Vongerichten for whom he has designed several restaurants. At Sutton Tower kitchens are both supremely functional and beautiful. Configurations vary from open to enclosed, organized around island or peninsula work surfaces.
Italian crafted white-lacquered cabinets and a suite of Sub-Zero Wolf appliances tie it all together. A subtle lip milled around each cabinet front lends texture to an otherwise seamless pattern of built-in storage. The range and nearby cooking surfaces fill an alcove framed by solid white marble, Statuarietto piccolo, vibrant with veining. The same marble, eased and rounded around edges, encases islands and peninsulas.

SPACIOUS & SERENE
Clad floor-to-ceiling in Bianco Dolomiti marble, the spacious and serene grand bathrooms capture and enhance ambient light. To add texture and character, Juul-Hansen has designed inset panels of Calacatta Gold marble, a stone streaked by warm grays and a gold-dusting of ochre, book matched at the vanity and floor.
A sculptural vanity top and sinks are carved from a single slab of Bianco Dolomiti marble atop a custom-crafted Italian lacquer base. Deck-mounted, cross handle faucets, like all the adjoining fixtures, echo the same design language, as do the custom cabinet pulls finished in polished chrome.
• Guest bathrooms are functional, tailored spaces that are airy and open.
• Guest bathrooms feature cubic vanities with integrated glacier whit Corian counters and sinks. Polished chrome fixtures are deck-mounted and streamlined.
• Powder rooms augment the natural themes of the Tower design. Fior di Bosco, a warm vivid marble, covers the floor and vanity backdrop in a continuous color of weathered beach wood.
• The Powder Room's extraordinary washbasin, sculpted from a solid block of the same stone, cantilevers off the wall as it tapers gently on all sides, a crystalline effect.
• Double wash basins carved from single blocks of Bianco Dolomite are ground smooth like tidal pools on a rocky shoreline.
Primary bedrooms command at the corners of the tower. Every room manifests the same attention to detail and craftsmanship, with natural, tactile materials.
