Positives: Nothing . Only the location and the concierge Negatives: The floor plan is awful. The construction noise starts at They are super slow at bringing everything together. Was supposed to be ready when I moved in summer 2019. A year has passed and I wake up at 7 am every morning with LOUD construction noise as if they are on top of my head. But no they are way higher up it’s just the noise comes all the way down. Nothing is ready And the floor plans are awkward. but my main problem with them is that the management act like they listen and are productive but they aren’t. The fire alarms go off multiple times a day for testings, it has been a year and this has been my life for this whole year. I would not recommend this building unless you are desperate to live in yorkville. I regret signing a lease with them and if Covid didn’t happen I would’ve moved out way before and broken my lease. Don’t make the same mistake I made and don’t buy or lease here. They aren’t truthful people running things here and it’s just not a comfortable environment. The entrance is also very very awkward.

Positives: Ok building Negatives: Property management is poor I lived here for about a year. Building is ok but you are in Etobicoke. And property manager was unresponsive and essentially brushed off complaints about noise. Security will knock on the door and ask them to be quiet which is nice. But don't expect the property manager to do any effective following up. Heard from multiple people in the building they've had the same experience. One couple even had to move out because nothing was being done about their hard partying neighbors, even though the condo rules prohibit related noise at all hours. So if you are looking for a quiet place you may want to try somewhere else. If you are looking to party...
