By the way, my building is right in the middle of the recently crowned highest income zip code in the entire United States, talk about YOUR classy neighborhood!

For all you “toss your money in the street” renters out there, do you need some mathematical assistance? If so, I’ve done the numbers backwards and forwards for you. It looks to me if your paying about $2,800 per month in rent, it is basically the same NET number after income tax deductions if you own it. Yes, there are caveats to this math, so ask our Sales Mgr. for a Rent vs. Ownership comparison sheet. If you are a homeowner, I’m talking to the choir, so no message needed here. Conclusion: think you will agree with me, it’s the END OF RENT, (baby)!
