He started from the bottom now he's here: Drake's proposed 18th century French-style mansion is coming to Park Lane Circle in North York. Slated to be designed by Ferris Rafauli — the same architect behind the 6God's membership-only Sher Club — his new abode will reach 17 meters in height and will be customized to Drake's specific taste (because you don't worry 'bout fittin' in when you custom made).
The 21,000-square-foot mansion is a big step up from the relatively quaint Yorkville condo he sold for $3.75 million in 2013: a telling sign that Drizzy's onto better things. The new property will be well-equipped with a 44’ x 94’ basketball court, 34-meter wide driveway, and spa and tub retreat. The home is the epitome of a party house, coming complete with an indoor pool, lounge, home theater, music room, and finally, a bar with separate areas for chilled wine and champagne —- perfect for his twenty-four hour champagne diet.
Some may question the need for extravagances like indoor basketball courts and bars with sections entirely dedicated to champagne. But we're guessing Drake's response would be "You Only Live Once". Not that 6God needs to make excuses...
You ain’t gotta die to get to heaven. You just need an invite to Drake’s new pad.
