Positives: Mike is good to work with Negatives: Lots of deficiencies and horrible customer service Comments: Worst developer I've ever encountered. The customer service of Robert George and Kristy Lusk is horrible - and you will be dealing with them on a regular basis because of all the deficiencies. Rather than fix the grading issue with our house, their solution is to install a Juliet balcony on our sliding doors. So now we have no access to our own backyard. We live in a middle unit in a row of townhouses and because the City of Markham told Primont Homes that our house was too high and we would need a hand railing or deck of some sort, Primont has decided that this is a reasonable solution. When I tried to discuss this with Rob and Kristy, they were a complete headache to deal with and didn't offer any other solutions or explanations. If you're considering buying from Primont Homes, definitely think twice. Save yourself from the headaches and frustration.
