Positives: Nice area and specifications are really good Negatives: Sales persons are not very responsive Comments: Sales persons are not very responsive. Giving wrong completion dates and changing price tags quickly when you approach different days. Not very enthusiastic while showing the house. Post construction process is so confusing.

Positives: Generally nice area Negatives: Poor workmanship, No help from Strata over many concerns, Mailbox not repaired for months (must reroute mail and pay out of pocket), no community engagement, no amenities, maybe a party room? Comments: Save yourself from this. Already houses up for sale by owner. Appliances not working and no help with warranty. Garage problems. Many houses have garage doors that stop halfway and 3/4 way down. Fans, sinks, shower door issues.
