Positives: Great location, floorplans, and architecture Negatives: Poor workmanship of multiple trades, ongoing issues throughout the homes, Developer not generally helpful Comments: multiple issues stemming from bad workmanship, it is not the case. Issues experienced in my home (and some in other homes as well) include squeaky floors as early as a few months into possession, bad drywall taping that has been peeling off the walls, bad electrical work in the kitchen spotlighting and LED lighting, popcorn spray paint inside all electrical junction boxes (painter did not bother covering them), very cold basement due to placement of cold air return duct in the ceiling, leaky roofs in some homes, and yard drainage issues in some homes. Multiple other issues in other homes. Even some items flagged during the first-year warranty had to be argued about with the developer.
